If you are a Delegate company the registration fee includes full participation in all Summit activities as well as 2-nights accommodations, networking gatherings & planned meals at the resort. The EnviroTech Summit To accommodate the fast paced Summit schedule, and facilitate the networking and information exchange among the select group of Summit attendees, we strongly discourage guests at the event. Participation in Summit activities is limited to registered attendees and is not open to guests. All room accommodations and activities are based upon the registered attendees. Any extra charges incurred due to unauthorized guests are the responsibility of the attendee and will be charged upon checkout. < go to top What is the dress for the event? Business casual attire for all Summit activities is appropriate for attending Delegates. < go to top When do I receive my final event itinerary? Final itineraries will be distributed to all attendees at the Resort on the morning of Day 2 at Breakfast. This is to ensure that all last minute changes, cancellations, and late arrivals are accounted for in your itineraries as well as to accurately reflect all final registered attendees. Your itineraries will include your scheduled one-on-one meeting times (1/2 hour each in length), locations, presentations, conferences sessions, and other activities for the event.
